Experts Program

What is the Program?

A learning journey designed to develop and establish a network of Emirati futurists in different sectors in the Dubai Government to be utilized for future oriented research and projects. This is part of the efforts towards activating the role of national talent in shaping the future of Dubai.

The program is developed by the Dubai Future Foundation in collaboration with The Executive Council of Dubai (TEC), as well as leading future experts from across the globe. The program spans over a year and a half. It consists of three levels; each level is approx. 6 months:

Level 1 – Future Analyst

Participating in a facilitated learning journey that involves 5 highly interactive modules and a research project.

Level 2 – Future Practitioner 

Developing a project that contributes to the future of your Government entity.

Level 3 – Future Strategist 

Contributing to a future oriented strategy for your respective sector in Dubai.

Who are we Looking for?

We are looking for talented Emiratis who are aspired to become
the futurists in their sectors, and willing to contribute to the future of Dubai.

Candidates who:

  • Are employees at the Dubai local government/semi-government

  • Have a minimum of 5 years professional experience

  • Are fluent in spoken and written English

  • Willing to commit for the duration of the program (1.5 years)

  • Can provide a No Objection Letter (NOC) from their entity upon acceptance in the program

Application Stages:

Completion of Dubai Future Experts Program Application Form

Enrollment and completion of DFEP online assessment

03

Participation in a face-to-face interview with DFEP selection committee
