How can I request travel assistance?
Travel assistance will be available upon request, with eligibility subject to specific criteria once the registration begins. Please note that participants who have previously received travel assistance twice are not eligible for a third allocation.
Do I need to apply for an entry visa to Dubai?
Citizens of many countries are eligible to enter the UAE visa-free or can obtain a 30- or 90-day visa on arrival in the UAE. It is the responsibility of all attendees to verify their individual visa requirements and ensure their passport is valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the UAE. Where can I find the daily schedule and arrival information?
The full daily schedule and arrival information for the Dubai Future Forum 2026, will be shared via email a few days before the Forum. The agenda will also be available on the official website closer to the gathering. Attendees are encouraged to review session timings and recommended arrival times in advance and to allow sufficient time for security checks at the Museum of the Future entrances.

Our plenary sessions will also be live streamed on dedicated social media platforms and a link will be shared with all registered participants.

Speakers will receive our media kit, which includes logo assets and templates for sharing on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Do you offer certificates of attendance and or participation?
No, we do not offer such certificates.
