Journey to the Dubai Future Forum
How do I register for the Dubai Future Forum?
Speakers: Speakers will receive a personalized registration link via email to confirm their participation. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete your registration.
Participants: General registration is now closed. We are no longer accepting new registrations at this time.
How can I request travel assistance?
Travel assistance was available upon request, with eligibility subject to specific criteria. The deadline to apply for travel assistance was 9 September, and we are no longer accepting new requests. Please note that participants who have previously received travel assistance twice are not eligible for a third allocation.
Do I need to apply for an entry visa to Dubai?
Citizens of many countries are eligible to enter the UAE visa-free or can obtain a 30- or 90-day visa on arrival in the UAE. It is the responsibility of all attendees to verify their individual visa requirements and ensure their passport is valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the UAE. Please also ensure you have appropriate health insurance coverage in place for the duration of your stay. For up-to-date information, we recommend visiting the Emirates Airline visa information
page as a reliable starting point. Should you require additional assistance, our designated travel team is available to support you with visa-related inquiries.
Can we nominate colleagues to attend as participants?
Registration through the participant link is now closed. We are no longer able to accommodate new referrals at this stage.
When and where can I collect my badge?
Badges can be collected from 10-17 November at the designated Registration Zone, located in Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI), above Coders HQ, on the mezzanine floor in Emirates Towers. On 18 & 19 November, badges will be available for pick up in the Registration tent, located at the fountain entrance of the Museum of the Future.
Is there a guide for the Museum of The Future and landmarks near the venue?
Yes. We provide a comprehensive guide to the Museum of The Future and nearby landmarks. You can access the map and directions here. This guide will help you navigate the area and explore local attractions.
Where can I find the daily schedule and arrival information?
The full schedule and arrival information will be shared via email a few days before the Forum. The agenda can be accessed on the official website

Be sure to check session timings and suggested arrival times to ensure a smooth experience. Please give yourself adequate time to go through our security checks at the Museum’s entrances.
What is the recommended attire for the Dubai Future Forum?
The dress code throughout the event is business casual/formal, which reflects respect for local customs and culture.
Navigating the Dubai Future Forum
Who can I contact if I have questions or need assistance during the Dubai Future Forum?
Our dedicated support team will be available throughout the event via WhatsApp. You can also approach one of our many volunteers or team members located throughout the various floors of the Museum.
Will my session be recorded, and how can I access the recording?
Yes, most sessions will be recorded. After the Dubai Future Forum, recordings will be available to download on the official Dubai Future Forum Youtube channel. Our plenary sessions will also be live streamed on dedicated social media platforms and a link will be shared with all registered participants. You can register for the live streaming here.
What templates should I use for social media posts?
Social media templates will be provided in advance. We encourage the use of the official Dubai Future Forum hashtags #DubaiFutureForum #DubaiFutureForum2025 . Speakers will receive our media kit, which includes logo assets and templates for sharing on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
What health and safety protocols should I follow at the event?
Information about health and safety protocols will be provided closer to the event date, ensuring the safety of all attendees. Emergency and medical assistance can also be found at the designated first aid station located in the Museum.
Will there be any social events during the Dubai Future Forum?
Yes. Please check out the side events including

Futurescape: Cinema Beyond. These offer great opportunities to meet people, engage not only with one
another, but also with the residents of Dubai. Attendees can also organize their
own gatherings and our team can support by suggesting partner venues or
locations around the city of Dubai.
After the Forum: What’s Next?
How can I access materials and presentations after the event?
All publicly available resources and information will be posted on our website and our social media platforms. Recordings of all sessions will be posted on the official Youtube channel.
Do you offer certificates of attendance and or participation?
No, we do not offer such certificates.
