As the program is intermittent, there will be days when the participant must attend a course that runs from morning until the end of the day. The candidate should clear their calendar for these specific days. A detailed schedule of these courses will be provided in advance to ensure full attendance. On other days, when projects and additional activities are scheduled, the candidate can manage their own time to accommodate these commitments.

Nominated individuals will undergo three levels of assessments before being enrolled in the program. Only 20 candidates will be selected for this batch. Each entity can nominate up to 5 candidates, with a maximum of 2 candidates per entity being accepted.

The application process consists of the following stages:

  • Assessment 1: Application submission and meeting eligibility criteria.
  • Assessment 2: Completion of the DEEP online assessment.
  • Assessment 3: Participation in a face-to-face interview with the DEEP selection committee.
  • Onboarding: Program acceptance and onboarding process.

The DEEP team will contact the entity and each applying participant who meets the eligibility criteria with an acceptance or rejection email after completing Assessments 2 and 3. This will occur in April 2025.
