Who are we looking for?
The Dubai Future Experts Program is calling on Emirati professionals from across government and semi-government sectors to join an elite network of foresight practitioners, pioneers, and visionaries, with the goal of elevating their careers, shape groundbreaking strategies, and driving transformation that will define Dubai’s future.
Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, applicants must ensure they meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be Emirati nationals employed by Dubai’s local government or semi-government entities.
- Hold a middle or senior management position (Head of Section and above).
- Have a minimum of five years of management or leadership experience.
- Possess experience in strategic planning, foresight, research, scenario planning, and/or innovation.
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Be proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Be fully committed for the duration of the program.
- Provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer during the application process.
