‘Employees’ refers to all those under a full or a part-time employment contract with DFF or any of its subsidiaries and includes employee contractors, seconded, and outsourced employees.

DFF strongly encourages you to speak up if you suspect or witness any matters of concern. DFF will take all reports made under this Policy seriously. Whistle-blowers should speak up and raise their concerns via this channel. You may also send an anonymous email to [email protected], write a letter to the Director of Legal Affairs, or raise directly to your line manager.

    DFF does not tolerate any form of Detrimental Conduct resulting from a whistle-blowing. disclosure. Any employees found to be victimizing or disadvantaging someone for making a disclosure, or proposing to make a disclosure, under DFF Policy will be subject to disciplinary action.

    DFF Assures not to:

    • Subject the whistleblower to any civil, criminal or administrative liability (including disciplinary action) for whistleblowing;
    • Enforce a contractual or other remedy or exercise a contractual or other right against the whistleblower based on the whistleblowing; or
    • Cause any determined to the whistle-blower or threaten to cause any detriment to the whistle-blower based on the whistle-blowing.
