About Speaker

Author, speaker, professor, and advisor, Dr. Gabriele Rizzo has nearly 20 years of experience in futures and foresight. He has led foresight at all scales, from quarter-million-dollar startups to 1.2 trillion dollars’ worth of defense planning. Dr. Rizzo was elected NATO Member at Large for Strategic Foresight and Futures Studies in 2017, and, in 2022, among the Chairs in Futures Studies and Foresight as UNESCO Chair for Positive Futures. He is the author of “HR Futures 2030: A Design for Future-Ready Human Resources” (Routledge) and the upcoming “Handbook of Foresight, Strategy, and Futures Studies for Defense and Security” (Springer.) Dr. Rizzo has advised, among others, the United States Space Force, NATO, the UN, the Italian Government and Defense Minister, the United States Department of Defense, the United States Air Force, the Swiss Government, and the University of Lausanne, as well as private companies such as Meta, Renault, Firmenich, atelier oï, and Leonardo.
