Many entrepreneurs don't fully grasp what Product Market Fit (PMF) looks like from a scalability and profitability perspective. We analyse companies such as Uber, Facebook and also some smaller startups to see if they are actually hitting PMF. Many startups exit even before hitting a real market but in 2020, it is increasingly more important. Investors are becoming more demanding for companies to have concrete, sustainable business models.

Key Takeaways

1. Explore different types of Product-Market Fit with in-depth case studies
2. Explore the cycle of how to reach PMF every single time. We go through customer discovery, validating a hypothesis using what we call 'Minimal Viable Tests' (MVTs) and how to ensure your tests are cost/time effective
3. Participants will create a game plan to reach product-market fit within a few weeks of launching. They start with some customer discovery question planning, run a quick 15-minute interview and then design a minimal viable test that they believe can help them validate their solution.
