Overview:

This course will introduce participants how to apply futures thinking for strategic activities in fast changing environments. The concept of strategic foresight is explained. We explain how strategic foresight is conducted in different countries and organizations. We demonstrate how strategic foresight is done in Dubai. We are showing evidence to understand how systematic futures thinking enables countries as well as organizations to increase their competitiveness.

Target audience: 

 This course is intended for government employees from all sectors and all levels who wish to deepen their knowledge on strategic foresight.

Pre-requisite:

Foundations of Foresight course or similar knowledge

Courses are complimentary for all government employees.
