FEEL brings together a diverse cohort of leaders, innovators, decision-makers, and change-makers from different sectors, disciplines, and geographies. The selection process is designed to identify participants who will contribute meaningfully to the cohort experience, while also gaining long-term value from the program's learning journey, network, and applied experiences.

Apply for the program
Submit your application and tell us more about your leadership journey, professional background, future ambitions, and motivation to join FEEL. This is your opportunity to share what drives you, the impact you aim to create, and why you are ready to take part in this immersive futures experience.

Profile assessment and interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to the next stage of review. This includes a profile assessment, background review, and interview to better understand your passions, achievements, and how you envision your future.
The process is designed to go beyond the application form, helping us understand your perspective, aspirations, and readiness to engage fully in the program.

Onboarding
Selected participants will be invited to complete the onboarding process and formally confirm their place in the program. This stage may include signing the required agreements, including a non-disclosure agreement and program commitment form.
Onboarding is designed to prepare participants for a seamless start to the FEEL journey, providing the information, expectations, and support needed to engage fully from day one.
