- The program opened a new professional pathways and positioned Dr. Noora to lead future-focused transformation initiatives across government organizations.
- Through her DEEP project and foresight-driven analysis, Dr. Noora influenced senior leadership discussions and contributed to organizational development by strengthening market intelligence, research-led innovation, and R&D collaboration, supporting DEWA’s shift toward proactive, future-ready innovation.
- As Innovation Manager at RTA, she embedded foresight into innovation practice; her Scaleup Mobility project connected startups to emerging needs.

Khalid Al Zarooni, Dubai Customs
Cohort 2024 - Khalid designed a new foresight framework for innovation, resulting in 10 foresight reports and 40 innovation opportunities.
- Led global dialogue on foresight for innovation at the IdeasUK 2025 Conference, delivering a presentation titled “Foresight for Innovation.”
- Attained organizational certification for Future Foresight Management from GIMI at Level 2 (Master), becoming the first Customs Administration in the region to attain this milestone.
