Key Program Information
The program is starting during the week of 13 April.*
The program runs for seven months, from April to October, offering a structured learning journey with a scheduled break in August.*
The program is delivered through a blended learning approach that combines in-person sessions, self-paced learning, and online delivery.
For in-person sessions, the hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (7 hours per day).
For virtual sessions, the hours are between 12:00 and 5:00, for approximately 2-3 hours per day.
A detailed schedule will be shared with participants upon enrollment in the program.
No. The program is structured in modules/delivery weeks, with periods of intensive delivery followed by scheduled breaks, allowing participants to manage their work responsibilities alongside the program.
Typically, delivery takes place over approximately two weeks, followed by a one to two-week break, depending on the overall timeline.
A detailed schedule will be shared in advance to support attendance planning.
The program is delivered in English.
The program fee is AED 60,000 per participant for both levels.
Please note: The fee does not include accommodation or transportation to and from the training venue.
The program will be held at the 3D Office at the Emirates Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the world’s first fully functional 3D-printed building.
Application
The nominated individuals will undergo a competitive, multi-stage assessment process prior to enrollment.
- Only 20 participants will be accepted per cohort.
- Each entity may nominate up to 5 candidates, with a maximum of 2 candidates accepted from any single entity.

- Assessment 1: Application submission and eligibility screening
- Assessment 2: Completion of the DEEP online assessment
- Assessment 3: Interview with the DEEP Selection Committee
- Onboarding: Program acceptance and onboarding
To confirm enrollment, payment (or proof of payment) and submission of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) must be completed prior to the start of the program.
Program Journey
The program supports entities in strengthening their future readiness by building foresight capabilities, embedding long-term thinking, and developing future-focused talent across government. It aligns with the Dubai Future Readiness Index, supporting the pillars related to Future Foresight and Design and Future Talents.
Through applied learning, foresight projects, and knowledge transfer, the program enables entities to translate future insights into actionable strategies that enhance institutional readiness and resilience.
The attainment of each level in the Dubai Future Experts Program (DEEP) is recognized with an official certificate.
Participants who successfully complete Level 1 will graduate from that level, receive a Level 1 certificate, and move forward to Level 2.
To receive the Level 2 certificate, participants must meet all assessment and performance requirements. Only those who pass Level 2 will receive the Level 2 certification.

What happens after completing the program?
Participants who successfully pass each level of the Dubai Future Experts Program (DEEP) are awarded an official certificate endorsed by the Dubai Future Foundation and The Executive Council of Dubai.
The certificate is signed by H.E. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, reflecting the program’s strategic importance and high-level recognition.
Graduation takes place during an official ceremony, and participants may have the opportunity to take a commemorative photo with H.E., subject to his availability and schedule.
Through the alumni network, graduates continue to collaborate, exchange knowledge, and support future-focused initiatives across government.
