Who is the program for?

The program is for Emirati professionals across government and semi-government entities who influence strategy, innovation, and long-term planning, and who aspire to become foresight leaders shaping Dubai’s future.

Eligibility criteria

Emirati nationals employed by Dubai’s government or semi-government entities.
Middle or senior management position (Head of Section and above).
A minimum of five years of management or leadership experience.
Experience in strategic planning, foresight, research, scenario planning, and/or innovation.
Be proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic.
Be fully committed for the duration of the program.
Provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer during the application process.

Stage 1
Application

You will begin by completing and submitting the DEEP application form.

Stage 2
Assessment

If successful, complete an assessment to evaluate your experience, capabilities, and readiness.

Stage 3
Interview

A 15-minute interview to explore your background, motivation, and fit with the program.

Stage 4
Acceptance &
Onboarding

Complete documentation and join an onboarding session to prepare for your journey.

How to participate

Entity Nominations

An HR or entity representative is required to complete the online application form and will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the application process and the program.

Self-Nominations

Apply by completing the online application form. Successful acceptance and participation requires the support of your direct line manager, senior leadership, and HR team.
